My Tho est un petite ville tranquille a une heure au sud de Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) Apres un petit moment de errance, nous trouvons finalement une chambre dans nos prix. Nous profitons de notre temps libre en fin d'apres midi pour nous renseigner sur les visites des différentes iles aux alentours, intéret touristique majeur en ces lieux.
My Tho is a little chilling-out town one hour far away from Ho Chi Minh (Saigon). After wandering a bit, we finally found a room in our price range. We take the opportunity of our free time in this end of the afternoon to take some information about the visit of the islands surrounding the place; island which are the biggest touristic interest here.
Déambulants dans les rues non loin de la chambre, Julian se laisse tenter par un coiffeur. Ce dernier mettra tout son talent pour lui faire une superbe coupe, pour seulement... 2 $ la magie. Tout content, on se dirige vers le restau spécialisé en "Pancake Vietnamien", c'est une sorte pancake proche de l'omelette géante avec du poulet, des crevettes, oignons, pousse de soja, petits pois etc... servi avec une montagne de salade et autres herbes comestibles. Un regal ! 
Strolling in the street not too far our room, Julian let himself tried a hairdresser. This last one use all his skills to make a beautiful stylish haircup for only.... 2$. That's magic ! Happy, we went to the"Vietnamese Pancake" specialised restaurant . This pancake is a pancake close to a big omelet with chicken, prawn, oignons, soja, peas etc... served with a mountain of salad and eatable grass! That was delicious ! 
Le lendemain on rejoint un groupe de touriste pour visiter les iles du delta du melkong (ile du dragon, de la licorne et de la tortue). Au programme, visite d'un centre de production de gelée royale et miel local, un tour en canoë au travers la jungle locale, visite d'un centre de production de caramel a la noix de coco, repas local avec possibilité de manger du poisson aux oreilles d'elephants et tour a velo dans l'ile, puis degustation de fruits exotique (dragon fruit, jack fruit, papaye, ananas, banane etc) sur spectacle de musique traditionnelle. Une journée agréable et informative sur les vietnamiens.
The day after, we join a tourist group to visit the Mekong's Delta Island (Dragon, Unicorn and Turtle island). The programm include a visit of production center of royal jelly and local honey, canoe riding through the jungle, visit of a coconut caramel production center, meal with the opportunity to try the elefant-ear fish and a bike ride around the island, then a exotic fruits (dragon fruit, jack fruit, papaye, pinapple, babana etc) with a traditionnal music show. It was a great day very instructive on the vietnamese.
Au retour on se glisse dans un bus ramenant les touristes a Ho Chi Minh.
Coming back, we slip into a bus bringing back the tourist to Ho Chi Minh.
